Phenomenal customer service from the time I walked in to the time my car was ready for pick up. Santiago and Tom quickly took photos and sent the estimate to their insurance. He assured me he would handle everything and kept his promise. I dropped off my car and they had someone waiting in the lobby to take me to Enterprise rentals. No real big inconveniences and my car looked better than it looked when I bought it. when I went to pick it up but Santiago and his crew did a fabulous job making my QX8O was showroom floor ready. They went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend quality auto body to anyone and especially those with high standards.

I can’t believe the work these guys did on my car i got rear-ended by a hit and run driver on 16 December 2018 my 2016 Honda Civic was wrecked I thought it would never be the same I was so disgusted I got hit so hard I ended up pretty much in the back seat. The only experience I had with Body shops was Maxwell Ford they did my fender a couple of years ago when I got the car back the paint didn’t match when I complained about they told me it was never going to match again it was impossible so that’s what I thought was going to happen .. i Can’t believe the work these guys did on my car its impossible to tell that it was wrecked! The paint on the bumper and the quarter panels and the truck match perfectly! Howdy Honda referred me to quality Auto body and now I know why quality Auto body is exactly what they are Quality I’m forever grateful to them for fixing my Civic the way they did thank you so much

Dealing with a family owned business makes all the difference! They took me as a walk-in and they were able to fix my bumper while I waited. And the price was more than fair. I was referred to Quality Auto by my salesman of my 2018 Chevy after a knuckle head hit me at a red light and damaged the entire driver side of my vehicle. First time customer and was very impressed by the quality and efficiency of their work. Toyota corolla door had a dent and deep scratch. The initial option was to repaint the door and bumper panel, but Santiago helped us evaluate other affordable options. Ultimately his crew buffed it out and touched up the paint, all within the same day for free! And they did an amazing job. Customer service is evidently a strong value here and I love that.
